越南半熟牛肉粉 Pho Bo (Vietnamese Rare Steak Noodle Soup)

材料 Ingredients
粿條 Rice Stick 1人份 For 1 person
越南粉湯頭 Pho Soup Base 1人份 For 1 person
鹽 Salt適量 some
外脊牛排 Rib eye steak 適量 some
洋蔥絲 Onion julienne適量 some
綠豆芽 Mung bean sprout適量 some
九層塔葉 Thai basil leave少許 few
香菜葉 Cilantro leave少許 few
青辣椒片 Green chili pepper slice少許 few
越南半熟牛肉粉圖片


做法
1.牛排切成薄片,越薄越好。洋蔥絲浸在水裡。
2.將越南粉湯頭煮滾,加入適當鹽調味。
3.燒開2/3鍋的水﹐然後依照粿條包裝指示將粿條煮熟。
4.粿條煮熟後撈出放進碗裡。上鋪上豆芽,再鋪上牛肉片,中間放上洋蔥絲。將滾燙的牛肉湯舀入碗裡,撒上九層塔葉,香菜葉和辣椒粒。



PROCEDURE
1.Slice the rib eye steak as thin as possible. Soak the onion juliennes in water.
2.Boil the Pho Soup Base. Add some salt to your taste.
3. Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Cook the rice sticks by following the package instructions.
4.Place the cooked rice noodles in a bowl. Top the noodles with the bean sprouts, the sliced beef, then the onion juliennes. Ladle the very hot soup in the bowl. Sprinkle with the Thai basils leaves, cilantro leaves and diced chili pepper.
